The Ultimate Shopping List of BIPOC Brands for Kids
Your wallet, your conscience, and your fly kid will thank you!
Y’all know, I try to be a conscious mama as much as possible. It’s reflected in how I parent and the things I buy for my home and family. I’ve been a victim of convenience and excessively shopping on Amazon, but I’m trying to be more intentional. The problem is, when I want to shop from more diverse vendors or smaller businesses, I never really know where to start. So, like the good journalist and obsessive mama that I am, I searched the internet and came up with a pretty comprehensive list of Black, Latina, and Asian owned brands and marketplaces specializing in items for kids.
I hope you’ll use this as your holiday gift guide (many of the stores currently have Black Friday deals), but I’d also save it for future shopping: whether you’re buying for your own kid or a loved one. If there’s a brand I forgot, give me a shout so I can include them!
